Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us:

2. Return Authorization: 

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Package Your Items:

Pack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging. Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email along with the RA number.

4. Shipping Your Return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
